Democracy does not mean insulting the national flag should be tolerated. We threaten with legal action on ignorant film personalities who do not know how to use or handle national flag. But those who deliberately hurt the national sentiments are not taken to task. At least the state chief minister who was once a central minister quietly looking in to northern borders should have the guts to stop the nonsense.
