1. Coming: Anti-corruption hotline, Lokpal Bill
After their recent sweeping victory to power the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is all set to fulfill their promises and tasks that were left undone in their previous tenure of 49 days. Deputy CM Manish Sisodia assures that the pending Lokapl Bill will be introduced in second sitting of the assembly. With only three BJP MLAs in the Opposition in the new 70-member House, the Bill is expected to pass smoothly, however, it will require ratification from the Central government.

2. AIB cliff-hanger continues
Since its inception the AIB has been in news for all the negative reasons. After series of protest and stern criticism FIR has been launched for everyone who organised the event or participated in the AIB knockout. Tardeo police on Thursday registered an FIR against 14 persons, including filmmakers Karan Johar, actors Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and many more.

3. MSG finally to release today
Police set on high alert to ensure no protest in any of the multiplexes where the film will be screened. Even since the release of its promotion on December 19 last year, the movie, portraying the Dera head in the leading role, has been in the eye of a storm, with several religious organisations, objecting to the glorification of the self-styled guru.

4. Opinion
BJP tried their best to en-cash Barack Obama’s recent visit, however much could be attained by it. The Obama-Modi ‘bonhomie’ was not just criticised by the opposition party but also by neighbour China.
