A private firm employee from Kadapa district, who had allegedly attempted suicide near Raj Bhavan here by consuming pesticide, on Sunday died while undergoing treatment at a hospital.
Pavan Kumar, 29, was found unconscious at Dilkusha guest house adjacent to Raj Bhavan on Friday with a bottle of pesticide, police said. He was carrying a note which mentioned that “he was resorting to the extreme step depressed over not getting back his amount that was paid to a person in Kadapa.”
Pavan, in his note, had claimed though he went to the police in Kadapa in this regard, no action was initiated to redress his grievance.
The EC had on on January 23 censured Kejriwal for alleging that BJP incited communal violence in Delhi.
