What makes our policy makers to come up with a rule to hang the rape accused, if proven within a months time. That would be the only way to curb the menace in our country. If they are unable to do that then they should willingly start sending their family female members to every towns, cities and villages so that there is no rape in future. Ashamed on our politicians, whether they are from Congress or BJP, SP, BSP or you name them. Pathetic is our democracy, which is only meant for the politicians and wealthy..
