Any party coming to power, can play with CBI, Indian Knows that. Thats why, few yrs back one judge of am HC, was given verdict that, CBI is an unconsutional body. MMS govt immediately cover that judgement/story. Still many CBI top bres involved with corruption charges. There is not even a single position in India, which political power can not be handled !!

If the link between the Trust receiving Rs 40 cr and the allotment of mining rights by Govt is not a corrupt one, then equally, it will be very difficult to connect Mr A Raja with the receipt of Rs 200 crore by Kalaignar TV , in the 2 G case.

An ex CBI Director ( a caged parrot ) has done irreparable damage to the insution called CBI. People started coloring the actions of the CBI to their likings and political affiliations, It will be a Himalayan task for the CBI to restore their credibility.
