Telangana police, probing cases related to slain Naxal-turned-gangster Mohammed Nayeemuddin, on Tuesday arrested ten members of his gang, including five college students, on various charges.

Nayeemuddin was killed in alleged encounter earlier this month. Police have so far registered 39 cases against Nayeem and his gang members. An SIT has been formed to probe the cases and police had earlier arrested 34 people.

“During the process of investigation of cases against the Nayeem gang, the SIT officers today arrested ten accused-four from Bhongir Town and six from Nalgonda,” a release from police said.

Kathula Jangaiah (driver), P Nagaraju (MBA student), G Shivaraju (painter) and Bachu Nagaraju (shop owner), all gang members of Nayeem along with one Pasham Srinu are involved in cases of criminal conspiracy, kidnap, forcible extortions and forcible transfer of properties and dispossessed the original owners from their shops and plots and also extorted Rs one crore from an NRI and a local businessman, police said.

Similarly, Sayed Ansarullahgouri, Mohammed Zabiuddin Sayeq, Shaik Abdulla, Mohammed Tabrez (all students), Syed Azaz (ambulance driver) and Mohammed Mubin (fruit seller), all Nayeem gang members, are involved in cases of extortion, attempt to murder, wrongful confinement and cheating by putting the persons in fear of death, they said.

Efforts are on to arrest remaining members of Nayeem’s gang. Nayeemuddin alias Nayeem alias Balanna (45), wanted in several cases including the murder of an IPS officer, was killed in an alleged encounter with police in Shadnagar town of Mahabubnagar district of the state on August 8.

Nayeem formed a criminal gang and was allegedly indulging in many grabbings, extortions, kidnappings etc, which have not been reported to Police due to fear of reprisal, police said.

The Role of criminal lawyers and Judges is to be ascertained. Judges never find a criminal as criminal, if kickbacks are given regularly. Govt has to kill that criminal in encounter at the end. Judges are the hidden force who worked even behind Gangster Nayeem to grow in many folds. Criminals are eliminated, but not criminal lawyers? why so. Similar to Gray Hound Police, there should be some other force, which should take complaints against criminal lawyers too. They only scare people/Victims further with bogus chargesand IPC acts. Hence there should be some cell in Intelligence bureau. Ex- Sri Godey Satish(7595). he hared many family people not to come forward to give evidence against his client smt Birudha Raja Ratnam, lecturer, ASP Oriental College, Kothi, Hyderbad. she got fakeSC papers. She cheated many people using her status as Govt College lecturer. She abused many in filthy language, once refunds are asked for the amount she collected from victims.Never believe sri Godey Satish and his bogus affidavits, substantial evidence. Substantial Evidence is bogus just like his character. Always rely on relatives, siblings and neighbors for truth.
