Why the Telangana government not increasing the Traffic police personnel so to control the traffic jams in Twine cities ? The traffic jams causing mainly due to uncultured traffic. The RTC buses are occupying all tracks of the road at Traffic signals blocking the Left Turning traffic. Almost all the departmental heads are going abroad for study tours on the expense of Public money. The results of Study Tour must come in media and also details of its implementation.
