Shri Subramanian Swamy's JI is the most intelligent person in the world. He is so intelligent that recently he tried to tie the thali on the neck of a bride whose wedding he was invited to grace(watch YouTube).lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Another flash of intelligence is from his own confession about her mother: He said in a Madurai election campaign meeting that his mother(a brahmin) once told him that she was sure ONE THEVAR must be his father. She herself was not sure WHICH THEVAR. His intelligence in using mother's character is self explanatory.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;NO WONDER MANY INTELLIGENT BRAHMINS CONSIDER HIM AS THEIR REAL FATHER AND ADMIRE HIM SK MUCH like Sathya Pararth below:

Now one thing is increasingly clear --- there is nothing called " Tata ethics" in Tata dealings. This is a hype created by the Tatas and the gullible media. Swamy's allegation should be probed.

Ratan Tata seems to have become Donald Trump of India. First rock the boat and then claim that you alone can stabilize the boat.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Donald Trump started saying that Obama was not born in USA and later turned around and said it was he alone who could fix the Obama's birther issue.lt;br/gt;Similarly Ratan Tata removed a capable Chairman- Cyrus Mistry and now he is saying that he is coming back from retirement to "Help and Fix" Tata group.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;And Tata group is looking more and more like Trump organizationlt;br/gt;Firstly never seen a more sissy board like Tata sonslt;br/gt;Secondly Tata is Losing money but still claiming it has a b value !!

Why doesn't Tata Board has the courage to call a Press conference and clear the air by answering following questions:lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;1. What actions of Cyrus Mistry caused them to believe that Cyrus had lost their confidence ( The fact is three of the six board members - Ajay Piramal, Amit Chandra and Venu Srinivasan) who voted for Cyrus's removal were hardly on the board for LESS THAN TWO MONTHS !! (They were appointed to the board by Ratan Tata in Aug 2016)lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;2. Why a charge sheet was not give to Cyrus explaining which of his actions were harming Tata Group's interest?lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;3.Why investment community was kept in dark?lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Unless the above questions are answered , Ratan Tata and his cronies could go around the world, but no sovereign fund , be it Temasek Holdings of Singapore, Norwegian Sovereign Fund of Norway or CALPERS of California would want to get involved with Tata, which has displa gross negligence of corporate governance.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Right now Tata Group in general and Ratan Tata in particular seems to have become a poster child of intrigue and back door scheming having an egomaniac Chairman whose only pion seems to be holding on to power at any cost.

Tata group is a 70 plus years behomoth that was facilitated by the British. Tata's have dubious connection with Britain. Only in India under the Congress could they flourish. Now times have changed.

The prices of TATA equities in BSE must be over priced, may be because of inflated balance sheets. The other day, there was a report in a newspaper which listed all the TATA companies growth during the period of Mr. Mistry as Chairman. Except the 4 companies listed by Mistry, all other have grown very well. So the charge mismanagement does not seem to be right. That charge is to dismiss Mr. Mistry quickly before he could create problem to TATA empire. The government should investigte everything, so that Satyam drama is not enacted costing millions of stockholders, LIC, PSUs, etc., Mutual funds carrying stocks of TATA comapanies will be hard, resulting in loss of money to investers.
