Union Minister for Law and Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad on Saturday targeted Opposition parties for protesting against the demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. “Those who support black marketing, support terrorist organisations, drug trade, they will, of course, have objections to it. I don’t understand why Mulayam Singh or Mayawati are opposing it,” said Prasad.

Speaking to mediapersons in Lucknow after the inaugural session of the international conference of chief justices on the City Montessori School campus, Prasad also took a swipe at Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi for queuing up outside an ATM in Delhi.

“What does Rahul Gandhi want to show by standing in line? I will ask one question: has he ever gone to a bank before this?” asked Prasad.
