Is drinking illegal? and what is the definition of rave party according to the author of the article, the rave party comments looks good with the local newspaper, but not from the author of the prestigious newspaper such as Indian express. No drugs were found, even the hookahs did not contain any nicotine. So how come its is a rave party, the only section under which they were booked was IPC 188, which is obstruction of justice. PS - Not related to either the hotel or the people partying, so no bias comments
