Rajnath Singh pays homage to police who died on duty

With National Police Commemoration Day observed in the country on Friday, Home Minister Rajnath Singh paid homage to police personnel who had died on duty. Singh laid a wreath at the National Police Memorial in Chanakyapuri here along with National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Director of Intelligence Bureau Dineshwar Sharma and other senior police and paramilitary officers. National Police Commemoration Day is observed on October 21 to remember security personnel who died on duty. “On the occasion of Police Commemoration Day today, I salute all those brave police personnel who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty,” Singh said.
