Criticising the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Gandhi said the black money policy adopted by the government is nothing but a Fair & Lovely scheme. “Those who have black money can pay some tax and simply convert it into white. It’s a Fair & Lovely scheme”, said Gandhi.
