Though there are doubts on the authenticity of Parrikar's data on crime, it is possible that Modi's move to demonetize high values might have struck thugs - I appreciate Modi and his government for that. But on the other side Parrikar made a ber by admitting that the demonetization have struck the most powerful thugs that they had to stop criminal activities. So what about weaker section like farmers those who don't have bank account. So, please think twice before making such bers...

When mobile phones have reached the nook and corner of the society from the wealthiest to the poorest, it is no longer an excuse to not have bank account. To the farmer, I would say- "If you can handle a phone, you should handle a bank account. An excuse of not putting effort to open bank account even after Jan Dhan scheme cannot be the reason for the w country suffering!!"

Congress can take credit for having reached the phones to the hands of the poorest of poor by giving out 2g at a lower rate, even though it is categorised as a fraud even though it is categorised as a Scam, Scam or not, the common man has really benefited as we are getting the facility at affordable price. The BJP is now trying to capitalise on this by stating that the w nation can become cashless shortly and taking credit for this.

this is why PM Modi insisted upon opening bank accounts in the Jan Dhan scheme. Atleast now I hope this will push the farmers to open their accounts. We need to go cashless system if we are to tackle corruption in a big way.
