Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia on Wednesday said in Lok Sabha that there should be “rai shumari (plebiscite)” in Kashmir but later explained that he meant dialogue, not referendum, as the situation in the Valley has deteriorated and the PDP-BJP government has “insulted” the “crown” of India.

“I have never said there should be plebiscite. I have said there should be dialogue,” he said.

Earlier speaking in Lok Sabha, he said, “In Kashmir today, there is a need for ‘rai shumari’.”

“PDP-BJP government has shed all the principles. Administration is divided and the government, which should support people, is using weapons against them,” Scindia said, adding “the wounds there can be healed only through humanity.”

While attacking the Centre and state government, the Chief Whip of Congress said, “There is a need to create an environment of peace and tranquility; growth and development.”

Describing Kashmir as “an important part of the heart of every Indian”, he said, “but today that crown is being insulted. This I feel is irresponsible.”

He said the UPA government had created an environment of peace and harmony by taking everybody along.

The Raja of Gwalior seems to be in Lock step with the Raja of Manda?lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Kashmir was invaded by stani irregulars (Razzakars, the original prototype for the Taliban and Al Qaeda) after its accession to India. lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;The UN resolution, (which resulted from Jabberlal Nehru's monumental stupidity in declaring a unilateral cease fire when stan was on the run, and taking the matter to the UN), was rendered infructuous by stan. The plebiscite was to have been conducted after stan withdrew from Kashmir. lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;stan never did withdraw. Instead it kicked the last remaining Indians out of Kashmir in 1990 through traditional Islamic means such as rape, arson, murder, beheading, dismembering, loot, vandalism and other instruments of Islam i.e. terror, under the Nelsonian eye of the Indian Republic and the then Prime Minister, V. P. Singh, the Raja of Manda. who also cursed India with perpetual tyranny by the incompetence and extortion of the Consutionally Certified Congenitally Backward (incompetent). lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;The only solution now possible is to do unto the Moslems what the Quran and the Hadits command them to do unto Non Moslems and which they did in 1990 in Kashmir. Kashmir must be thnically cleansed of all Non Indians i.e. Moslems.

It means some Indian leaders wants plebiscite in Kashmir but they are so afraid of 'Hidden Extrimist' that they have to change their own words hypocritically. Why the Indians are so afraid of plebiscite in Kashmir?

Jyotiraditya is like Rahul Ganghi who talks first and think later. If Modi started dialogue then the same people criticized. The truth is they are trying to rent a issue. Once hilt;br/gt;tells him to shut up he would do that.
