FOUR months after two Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists from Pakistan attacked a BSF convoy and killed two paramilitary personnel in Udhampur district, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has decided to submit the chargesheet in the case by December end.

The agency is yet to arrest around six Lashkhar terrorists and their aides, including a woman, in connection with the case.

“The NIA can seek time till February, but they have decided to present the chargesheet by this month-end without waiting for apprehension of the other accused,” a source said. Supplementary chargesheets can be filed later, he added.
