Delhi: Massive fire engulfs plastic scrap market in Mundka

A massive fire broke out at a plastic scrap market in Mundka area of West Delhi early on Friday, news agency ANI reported. No one has been reported injured.

About 33 fire tenders have been pressed into service for dousing off the blazing inferno at the market, which is considered as Asia’s biggest destination for plastic scrap.

According to reports, the fire has been doused and the situation brought under control. More details are awaited.
