Solar scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan on Thursday informed the judicial commission, probing the fraud, that he wanted 10 hours time to furnish evidence to substantiate the allegations against Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and others.

Last week, Radhakrishnan had deposed before the commission that Chandy, his two cabinet colleagues, and three others had sexual affair with Saritha S Nair, another accused in the cheating cases.

Subsequently, the commission had ordered Radhakrishnan to produce the evidence on Thursday, on December 10.

While being produced before the commission, Radhakrishnan, who is undergoing life term after he was convicted in the murder of his wife, told the media that he stands by his earlier statement.

“The CD containing the evidence is kept outside Kerala. I require time to bring it back to the state,’’ he said.

The proceedings at the commission are still going on. Although Radhakrishnan claimed he had evidence to prove the charges, Chief Minister Chandy and Saritha S Nair had challenged him to produce the evidence.

Once again it proves if money and power is there anything can be done. Solar Commission says they won't give another chance to Rahadakrishan , actually media people gave publicity so that all people came to know, that is the reason, the people those who had that CD said they don't know because they are not interested in helping Radhakrishnan now because Now he is in Jail not a business man . This is not the fault of Radhakrishnan the commission should have taken all precautions. CD is there Saritha also said once, now everything changed because Saritha is changed her mind and joined Government. She got her all problem solved with the help of big shots. A person is in jail for years, naturally he won't get support from his friends or people those who were treating as good friends earlier when he was a business man, Now they all will go away as this case is against a government and chief minister if they come to help Radhakrishnan they all will get into the problem because the opposition is not ordinary people. Saritha is heroine now and she got all sort of support from big peoples and she has paid off her huge debts and now enjoying life. Now commission also won't help Radhakrishnan then what he can do?

Shaju, it is okay to report this type of news. But once in a while, can't you also cover some good news such as National School Athletic Meet of last year (compared to Common Wealth Games in Delhi few years back), Vizhinam port inauguration, how people are growing organic vegetables (against the poisonous vegetable exported from Tamil Nadu) and also some real issue like people's anxiety about Mullaperiyar Dam and Tamil Nadu' s unilateral and irresponsible atude on the same etc.

This is an important News. If a Chief Minster has committed crime he must be exposed. If it is false allegation CM will come clean and the culprit should be published
