Chennithala complained to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in Assembly that he has been getting threat calls from abroad over the internet. “Don’t talk rubbish about Mohammad Nisham, or I will kill you, or one of your family member, don Ravi Poojari,” one such message purportedly warned. The CM told the House that the government is taking the threat calls seriously and will take steps.
