Kanhaya urinated in public at the university, misbehaved with a female student and threatened her, and fined by the university for Rs 3000 after he was found guilty. Kanhaya allied with forces that glorified dreaded terrorists such as Afsal Guru and Yakub Memon. Kanhaya made deregatory remarks against Indian Army. Decent people should keep away from such a filthy individual and traitor.

Is the fellowship given to Ph.D. students by Govt of India for actively engaging in full time political activity? Kanhaiya's fellowship needs to be withdrawn for his non-productivity in research towards his dissertation.
