At the least this person is a foolish rogue. Better to restrain him in a a hospital for mentally incompetent or unbalanced persons, before he loses his self-control and hurts someone. Wonder how such stupid personalities become MLAs!?

We have to create a Law or exams for contesting elections for MPs and MLAs I dont think the present MPS and MLAs irrespective of parties and forum will be ready to do that. But some one should take the initiative. 1 Put some eligibility criteria. 2. Terms in office. say 2 terms or 3 terms not more than that. Also bringing sons, daughters, relatives wife etc should be curtailed in Politics then only India will become a true democratic Republic Country
