There is no such thing as accidental shooting or suicide. He was murdered under the orders of 'rawmins for discovering potentially embarring (to the traditional criminals) thing in the craft.

Very sad news. Sub LT is the bottom rank, normally, a LT should have handled loaded pistol / firearms on board INS Kuthar. Casual thoughts and without following proper procedures can lead to this kind of accident.

Every Naval officer is trained to handle fore arms. Suicide due to depression can also be ruled out for the youngster. I am sure the board of inquiry will reveal the truth. Very sad. RIP.

Let the investigation commitee to find reality. He may be cleaning gun, may b a quarrel, may be a suicide, may be depressed, may be frustrated with government policies or attrocities in kashmir on humanity. We should not jump before the conclusion. Family may have patience to bear this loss
