If young people commit suicide perhaps the people to charge for aiding and abetment would be the campus health dept for not providing them with mental health care. This is a dumb law in my opinion.

The society, University, student union and others seemed to have created a situation where he was isolated, NOT PAID HIS FELLOWSHIP FOR MONTHS, (1,40,000). Politically motivated Cases were registered against him! He comes from a Dalit family! What do you expect? is this not like a murder?

How is the college ? how is the environment ? where is our country moving towards ?why students are divided on the basis of caste from the beginning ? we should try to narrow the difference between man to man , but this way we are making the gap more wide.

there is chances of some national party may be involved killing (instead of suicide) again disturb the parliament for resignation of Union Minister. Investigation may lead suicide to murder. It is happened in the hostel that is why there is some chances of murder.
