I appreciate the plan of major port in Colachel. It will be a great wealth for the people living in the district, state and India. Only people whoever rich and good position will oppose this project, because they already have to fulfill their needs and these people will create a problem through manyways due to their selfishness. Especially now kanyakumari not having much industries, more than 90% of peoples are educated, but only 25% of them is working in the same kanyakumari dist in this 25% (10% of people working as a government sector, 10% people doing the own business, 5% of people working private sector) remaining 75% of the people (50% of people working other states and all over the world, but still 25% of the people are having unemplo) many of them willing to work, but they don't got a chance to work due to high potion having more compeion. (In the 50% of people working in other places all of them are happy means not. Only 15% of people may be happy remaining 35% of people left their family and work other place to survey and give daily breads to their family they are not fulfilled) lt;br/gt;Many parties are saying if port coming in kanyakumari will spoil the agricultural land and nature. I was totally disagree this opinion because if you say this before 10 years it was correct, most of them all doing the agriculture before. but now a days most of the agricultural land was utilized to building homes and many area are uncultivated land. Every parents nowadays interested to make their children as a engineers and doctors. And I am 100% sure if the port coming in colachel means the nature of the place will be more developed.
