The Chief Judicial Magistrate of Lucknow on Monday issued non bailable warrant against expelled BJP leader Dayashankar Singh for his derogatory remark against BSP chief Mayawati. Criticising her ticket distribution system, Singh had compared Mayawati to a sex worker.

The issue also had rocked Parliament and an embarrassed BJP had sacked Singh for the remark. An FIR was also lodged against him on the complaint by the BSP.

Raids were conducted by police to trace Singh even as his family threatened to file an FIR against Mayawati and senior BSP leaders for allegedly using foul language.

Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Jha said that raids were conducted on Thursday night but there was no clue about Singh’s whereabouts.

The BSP also claimed that Singh made derogatory references to Mayawati as part of a “planned conspiracy” of the BJP to cover up what was happening in Gujarat (Protests in Una over Dalits thrashing) .

The BSP leaders also abused Daya Shankar and his family for the remark forcing his mother to lodge and FIR against Mayawati.

Singh’s mother lodged an FIR against Mayawati, BSP national general secretary Naseemuddin Siddiqui, state president Ram Achal Rajbhar and other unidentified party leaders on charges of insulting and abusing the family during the party’s protest in Lucknow on Thursday.

So if someone your daughter or sister uses foul language that is ok? Was Sonia arrested for calling Modi Maut Ka Saudagar? Mind you she is a foreigner who sta in India on Italian Citizenship in India's top secret PM house with Indira for 15 years. But you will justify it even if she was selling the secrets to fundamentalist white male chauvinistic supremacist Pope you don't care since she is Christian.

Please inform the Magistrate that as per the Indian Penal Code, the truth is not defamation. But then, as proclaimed by the Karnataka High Court and upheld by the Supreme Court, AND vkisible in day to day life, the Indian Penal Code may not be applicable in India because this is nit the US or UK.

Probably you'll abuse the caller back even with worst abuses. For me prosution is just a profession that may not be liked by many. Moreover, Dayashankars saying as "Worst than prosute" doesn't mean that Mayavati was called as prosute. Dayashankar has also clearified what he meant what he had said. BJP has punished him just to smoothen the anger of dalits and nothing else.

Shouting "India Tere Tukade Honge" by JNU students is OK with liberals but calling Mayavati worse than prosute by a BJPwala make them extreme angry. They say calling a woman prosute is an insult of woman. Are these so called liberals not contradicting themselves. They want Indian woman to embrace the modern values but they themselves are unwilling to be modern. One thing is for sure that they have insulted women who make their living as prosutes. They should come forward and approach supreme court that liberals have no right to insult their profession.

Now he is not so brave. His family is complaining that they are being threathend , they ought to understand that as the head of the home he should not have made such statements. The onus is on him, for speaking without thinking of the consequences, and now he is hiding. Coward
