Chhattisgarh to recommend CBI probe into Jhiram Ghati attack

Nearly three years after the Maoist attack at Jhiram Ghati that killed Congress leaders, Chhattisgarh government has decided to recommend a CBI probe.

Acting home minister Ajay Chandrakar told the Assembly Wednesday that the government was ready to recommend a CBI probe. But, Congress staged a walkout after he hinted at political involvement in the attack.
