Former Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Monday cautioned against intolerance as an impediment to India’s prosperity. “We must create a more humane and tolerant society. We can’t build a prosperous society unless society is tolerant to each other, is more humane, unless it’s accepts diversity and unless it adopts the philosophy of live and let live,” Chidambaram said at a session organised by IIM Calcutta in association with Observer Research Foundation on economic reforms.

Very good point indeed. No one has talked about it. There is a real material value for progressive thoughts. Without leaders like you at the helm this nation can not win. Sir, as a great statesman you must continue to lead the nation constantly providing thought leadership which you are doing already. We are thankful ever for your valuable contributions.
