If the BSP strengthens its organisation and benefits from the factionalism within the ruling Congress and the opposition BJP, it can emerge as a “strong party” in Uttarakhand and get the chance to form government after the assembly elections next year,  BSP chief Mayawati said on Saturday. “The public seems disappointed because of the politics of casteism, factionalism and inner conflicts in the ruling Congress and the BJP. This can be used to BSP’s advantage in the coming elections,” she said.
