The police said that two days ago, Wali was involved in a brawl with students while coming out of the school. The students allegedly threatened him. Wali complained to the school authorities that day.

On Thursday, the police said, three students of the same school thrashed Wali and bit his ear. Wali then lodged a complaint with the police.

Narinder Partial, SHO Police Station Sector 11, said they would speak to the school management Friday and take action against the assailants, who are minors.
