The war of words between the UT Administration and Independent Schools Association (ISA) escalated on Thursday, with the administration sending across a “strongly worded” reply to the queries, raised by the ISA,relating to implementation of the Right to Education (RTE) Act 2009.

“There is no reason as to why there should be any confusion on the 10 points raised by you in your letter under reference,” wrote the administration to ISA president H S Mamik, who is also director of Vivek High School.

However,Mamik said,“We are only asking the administration to first do what is expected from them and then direct us to admit the EWS children.”
