In an incident of fratricide, a CISF personnel on Thursday allegedly opened fire at his colleagues, killing four of them at the Navinagar Power Generating Company premises in Bihar’s Aurangabad district. Superintendent of Police Satyaprakash said the CISF personnel Balbir was apparently angry over leave issues and fired at his colleagues from his service rifle, killing two of them on the spot at the company campus.

Two others injured by him in the incident were declared brought dead by doctors of Narayan Medical College and Hospital in neighbouring Rohtas district where they were rushed, the SP said. The incident was reported at about 12:30 AM.

The CISF jawan lost his cool following a dispute over leave and fired from his rifle, Superintendent of Police Dr Satyaprakash said.

The accused CISF personnel, who hails from Aligarh in Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested, Satyaprakash said, adding senior police officials have rushed to the spot to probe the incident.

The four CISF personnel who were killed have been identified as Bachcha Sharma, N Mishra, Arvind Kumar and G S Ram, he said. Officials said, “Preliminary information states that Balveer opened fire on his colleagues, using a service rifle, in an alleged fratricide incident”.

Balveer allegedly used his INSAS rifle to shoot his colleagues who had assembled to leave for the shift change and after the first hit, he was overpowered by others present around. It is understood that Balveer had come back after a two-month yoga course and had some issues related to leave, they said.

The CISF has ordered a Court of Inquiry into the incident. CISF has been deployed for security at the under-construction thermal power project, a joint venture of NTPC and Bihar government.

That is why a civilian Police BRAHMIN SCOUNDREL Dr Satyaprakash has been giving press conferences instead of the head of CISF itself.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt;Think. Why would anybody kill his colleagues JUST BECAUSE OF LEAVE ISSUES? There is some reason if one had killed his boss for refusing leave.lt;br/gt;lt;br/gt; THEY HAVE ALREADY PLANNED TO KILL THE SO CALLED SHOOTER IN POLICE CUSTODY

Soldiers of military and paramilitary forces are being oppressed! Their food, clothings, safety equipments to make their survivability in war, promotions, leave, etc are being curtailed all around!lt;br/gt;Why? To save money? Would have been justified, if the capitalists, their henchmen, ministers, senior bureaucrat/police/judiciary officers, too, would have joined in saving national 'meagre' resources and feeding Crores of unemplo, hungry people!lt;br/gt;But it is not so! Worse #OROP, 7th Pay Commission, Parity with Civilian personnel are denied! Their martyrdom is encashed by the politicians!lt;br/gt;Such incidents are, though not very common, but not very rare too! In fact it is on rise! Scarcity, humiliation will force these soldiers to get demoralised and rebel against their senior's orders!

Durind early 1900s Indian revolutionaries boycotted and made a bonfire of British goods ,,yet somehow the leaders conveniently failed to boycott the real evil of British era , the oppression doctrine which continues to thrive and pervade our armed forces as well as other civil services , the Urdu word sahib entered into official lexicon and nowadays continues to be used to address an officer or someone wielding power. The officers continue to regard themselves as the masters or simply the Thakurs of the village while the men continue to bear the brunt like helpless and perpetually doomed villagers. Government of India wants to develop and emulate the US while conveniently ignoring the less human treatment of its sentinels.

Exploitation behind these kind of incidents. Senior officers in any forces treating badly with constables and other junior security men in all kind of security forces in india . If situation in all armed forces will not improved in future the revolt will took place in future. Modi should learn from this and stop doing Bhashanbaji and act for the betterment of forces and eliminate discrimination between armed forces and paramilitary forces.
