TV actor Nakuul Mehta, who grew to fame with his role of Aditya Harish Kumar in the famous soap opera ‘Pyaar ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara’ has produced a new web-series. The actor has also taken the centerstage in the mini film which has a satirical take on the lives of Television actors.

Now, what is the reality behind the ever smiling faces on camera is not known to us, but Nakuul introduces the viewers to the reality behind such made up faces. The saas-bahus, who sing along each other, and at the same time are shown in a friction have a different story behind the camera all together. Not all those who don a sari are the typical ‘seedhi-saadhi’ bahue who every mother wants his son to marry.

Disha Parmar, who played the lead actress opposite Nakuul in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai is shown as a wannabe actress who craves for footage in the trailer. On the other hand, Sonali Naik, who played Nakuul’s aunt in the same show is all ready to fight with her co-actors. Well, fight is too small a word to use here, we see her attack on her contemporaries with a gun.

Watch the trailer of ‘I Don’t Watch TV’ here:

Another frame shows Rithvik Dhanjani get into a quarrel with his director over taking breaks to pee, until he is told that his role is eyed by Karan Kundra. And of course, where all actors come together, how could we possibly miss out Kritika Kamra sitting like a gangster with legs on a table and smoking a cigarette.

The tariler also portrays how the on screen couples, who the viewers vote as the best jodis hate each other in real life.

Nakuul Mehta might not have seen in any other show after Pyaar ka Dard Hai, but we are sure he is going to nail it with his production. Web Series seem to be the next big thing in line after shows like Bang Bajaa Baraat and other doing so well.
