Vivek Oberoi in YRF’s Bank Chor

After a lot of speculation about the actor who will be pitted against Riteish Deshmukh in YRF’s Bank Chor, it has now been confirmed that Vivek Oberoi shall play a pivotal role in the movie, that of the role a CBI officer, given the task of nabbing the bank chors.
Commenting on his role, Vivek said, “I’m really happy to be back in the Yash Raj family again, truly glad Adi thought of me for this role. Working with my buddy Riteish is always a pleasure, hope we bring our crazy chemistry to this one too! Here’s hoping our entire team of Bank Chor steals a million hearts!” The actor was last seen in YRF’s 2002 Saathiya.
The film is a comic-caper, that tells the story of three men trying to rob a bank and pick the worst day possible when everything that can go wrong, goes wrong and how they’re inadvertently caught in the crossfire of cops, industrialists and corrupt netas. Directed by Bumpy and co-produced by Ashish Patil, the film is being readied for an early 2015 release. Rhea Chakraborty who was seen in Mere Dad Ki Maruti shall play the female lead.
