While shooting for Manish Jha’s The Legend Of Michael Mishra, Arshad Warsi, who is known more for his comic timing, shot convincingly for some dare devil stunts like doing a somersault over a car and running through bomb explosions. But what had the actor in a tizzy was when he was shooting for a scene in Mumbai recently. The scene required Warsi to dive into the sea and swim towards the shore as he is makes good his escape from his predators. “We wanted to shoot the sequence close to the shore at Madh Island but found the water very mucky and headed a little deeper into the sea but there too the water was not really clean. Arshad, however, agreed to dive but as soon as he came out of the water, I could see that his skin had turned pinkish. I knew something was amiss. There must have been something in the water to have caused his skin to develop such rashes. Of course he was immediately attended to,” said Jha.
The shooting of the film wrapped up last week and the film is slated for an August release this year.
