Manisha Kelkar, who was seen in movies like Bandook and Vanshvel (Marathi) is fully enjoying her stint on the Marathi reality TV show, Zhunj Maraathmoli. The host of the show, Shreyas Talpade recently complimented the actress about her great vigour. “I couldn’t believe that he considers me one of the most promising contenders in the show. He said I am giving competition to the guys on the show,” she shares with excitement.
The show that has been on air since last one month has seen 16 contestants (eight girls and eight guys) battle in out in cultural tasks as they travel to different cities of Maharashtra.
While the sources from the show revealed that Manisha is among the five finalists, the actor chose to be tight-lipped about it at the moment.
However, she says that she has got a new perspective about the Marathi culture and tradition after her stint. “The concept of the show is really interesting. We have discovered a lot of new things about the different cultures followed in various parts of Maharashtra,” she says with the hope of winning the title.
