Recently, there were reports of Madhubala Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, starring Dhrashti Dhami, going off air. However, a source close to the show says, “These are just rumours. The show is not going off air anytime soon.” In fact, the makers have now brought Vivian Dsena back on the show, playing a mentally-challenged person. Hence they hope to see TRPs go up again.
Meanwhile, Uttaran, which has been on air since 2008 may finally go off air in the next 2-3 months. The buzz is also that Gaurav Chopra, who plays Raghuvendra Pratap Rathore, has decided to quit the show.

Gaurav Chaudhary goes to Jail in Bani Ishq Ka Kalma

Recently, the track in Bani Ishq Da Kalma had Nitika Anand, who plays Parmeet’s (played by Gaurav Chaudhary) mother Manpreet passing away. Now this will lead to a twist of events. Parmeet will be seen going to jail in the show, because he tried killing his wife Bani (Shefali Sharma). But while the viewers are expecting Parmeet and Bani to fall in love now, the duo will actually get divorced in the show.
Ask Chaudhary, about the upcoming track of the Bani…and he says, “All I can say is, that the viewers can expect a lot of drama in the show. My character has finally realised his mistake and feels guilty. He has also fallen in love with Bani, so let’s see if she accepts him anytime soon.” Interestingly, the scene where his mother dies was very difficult for the actor. “Crying is not difficult because now we have a new balm called dubaanjan which makes us cry,” laughs Chaudhary, adding that, “I’m very close to my parents, so to imagine my mother in the show dying was very emotional, and I kept crying even after the director said cut!”
