The documents containing details related to the Salman Khan hit-and-run case, that had gone missing, have been traced. After Commissioner of Police, Rakesh Maria initiated a high-level inquiry into the matter, a team of DCP Satyanarayan Chaudhary and six police personnel managed to recover the file that comprised statements of two of the witnesses, and the case diary from one of the rooms at the Bandra police station itself! Meanwhile, the actor has left for the US for his annual medical check-up.

 

Blending of art forms

Ranbir Kapoor met Pandavani dance exponent Teejan Bai during his recent visit to Chattisgarh. Both, he and director Imtiaz Ali had been to Bhilai to research for the film, Tamasha in which they want to incorporate the dance form. They spent two hours with her at her village of Ganiyari and had breakfast at her place. Pandavani is a traditional performing art form from Chhattisgarh where she enacts tales from the Mahabharata with musical accompaniment.
