Arjun Kapoor, who plays a pivotal role in Homi Adajania’s upcoming venture Finding Fanny, will be seen essaying the role of a Konkani mechanic.
Confirming the same, the actor stated that he is extremely happy to feature in a film that is in a different space. “My look in Finding Fanny is very unique and I really think the film will surprise people. My character, like the others, will be seen speaking in English in the film. The film as well as my character is set in a fictitious place and I am waiting to see how this project turns out. It’s a fun film,” stated Kapoor. Interestingly, the actor will also be seen speaking a couple of lines in Konkani.
The actor also mentioned that he hasn’t signed any film after Finding Fanny and Tevar, rubbishing rumours about him being approached for Dharma Production’s venture, Gutka. “I have no idea about the project and was never a part of it. I don’t know where these stories cropped up from. Spokespersons from Dharma will be in a better position to talk about the film,” added Kapoor who will soon start working on the second schedule for Tevar, starting next month. It will go on for 40 days.
