The upcoming project that will bring together Trivikram and Pawan Kalyan became official on Sunday when the duo met to launch their next movie in Ramanaidu Studios temple in Hyderabad.
In a latest update, sources close to the film’s unit revealed that the movie would star two heroines opposite Pawan Kalyan. However, the casting of the female leads has not been done yet.
Reports also suggested that Devude Digi Vachina was registered as the film’s title with the Film Chamber and its regular shoot will start from mid of November.
Trivikram and Pawan have earlier delivered blockbusters like Jalsa and Attarintiki Daredi. In both the movies, there were two heroines who were paired opposite Pawan, at least briefly. While Ileana D’cruz and Parvathi Melton acted in Jalsa, Samantha and Pranitha Subhash took were cast in Attarintiki Daredi.
The movie is bankrolled by Suryadevara Radhakrishna under Haarika and Hassine Creations banner. The film also has cinematographer V Manikandan who helmed films like Manirathnam’s Raavan, Shankar’s Aparachitudu and Bollywood blockbusters like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Main Hoon Naa.
Pawan Kalyan, after his brief detour from political commitments, is already on full throttle with two projects underway. The actor is busy with Dolly’s Katamarayudu, which is a Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster Veeram. The movie will feature Pawan Kalyan as a faction leader. Actor Shruti Haasan has been roped in as the female lead in the movie. Simultaneously, he also booked a slot for another Tamil remake of Vedalam under R T Neason for which the shooting will begin next year.
