Boyapati Srinu’s next project with Bellamkonda Sreenivas might be a multi-starrer. Reports suggest that the director is in search of another actor to share screen with Sreenivas.
Meanwhile, actors Srikanth and Rajasekhar are said to be considered for lead antagonist role and Tamil actor Sarath Kumar will essay a crucial role in the film.
The Sarrainodu fame director launched the movie last week and the shooting of the film will begin from November 16 in Hyderabad.
While Sai Sreenivas will be playing the lead role, Rakul Preet Singh will be seen playing the leading lady opposite him. The movie will be the third film in his Tollywood career. His earlier project Alludu Sreenu got a decent collection at the box office too.
The movie is being bankrolled by producer Miriyala Ravinder Reddy under Dwaraka Creations banner. Devi Sri Prasad will be rendering tunes to the movie.
Boyapati Srinu, who has directed six films in Tollywood, has delivered films such as Ravi Teja-starrer Bhadra and Balakrishna-starrer Legend and Simha. Tapping on the rising fame of Rakul Preet in the Telugu industry, she was cast in the lead role in Sarrainodu. The director had roped in Rakul to re-launch Sai Sreenivas who made his debut with Alludu Seenu in 2014.
Rakul Preet is on a roll and has been delivering back-to-back hits since 2014, teaming up with big-ticket stars including Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Ravi Teja, Gopichand and Ram Pothineni. The actor is currently busy with at least five projects in hand. She is also being considered for a role in Pawan Kalyan’s next title.
