Taran earlier tweeted:

Well the film seems to be rock steady at the box office all over but it’s overall collections cannot be verified. But this Junior NTR film is a hit, rather superhit for sure.

The combination of big names like Junior NTR, Mohanlal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, Koratala Siva and Devi Sri Prasad had created a lot of hype and expectations about the film much before the release of the film. The film is said to be made on a budget of Rs 40 crore.

On the other hand, Bollywood release of the week Akira, starring Sonakshi Sinha, failed to attract moviegoers.
