Chiranjeevi to team up with Boyapati Srinu for his next

As Megastar Chiranjeevi is wrapping up the shooting for Khaidi No 150, he is ready to team up with director Boyapati Srinu next year for his 151 film.

Reports suggest that Srinu is shooting with Bellamkonda Sreenivas, post which he will helm his next with Chiru. However, no official confirmation has come in this regard.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is busy finishing the last leg of shoot for Khaidi No 150. The movie will be special for both the star and his mega fandom as the actor is returning to movies after 10 years. He has remained busy with his political commitments all this while. Khaidi No 150 is Chiranjeevi’s comeback and his 150th movie. It is all set for a release in January next year. Under V V Vinayak’s direction, Khaidi No 150 is a remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi that was directed by AR Murugadoss and had Vijay in the lead role. The much-awaited movie has Chiranjeevi playing the lead and he will be seen romancing Kajal Aggarwal.

Boyapati Srinu — who has directed six films in Tollywood — has delivered superhit titles such as Ravi Teja-starrer Bhadra and Balakrishna-starrer Legend and Simha. Tapping on the rising fame of Rakul Preet in the Telugu industry, she was cast in the lead role in Sarrainodu too. The director had roped in Rakul Preet to re-launch Sai Sreenivas who made his debut with Alludu Seenu in 2014. The movie with Sreenivas was launched earlier in the month.
