Pop star Miley Cyrus says she uses yoga to stay sane.
The 23-year-old singer showed off her flexibility in a series of time lapse videos of her yoga work out, when she put her toned abs on display.
Alongside her first Instagram clip, she wrote, “starting da day right (sic)”, reported People magazine.
She went on to prove she was no novice as she did a forearm stand, known as Sirsasana, bent forward in a move called Uttanasana, and did a spinal twist, called Ardha Matsyendrasana.
As she shared her second video, the star revealed she uses the popular form of exercise to keep herself sane.
“Gotta do yoga not for my body but for my mind! Do yoga or go crazy!”
