Singer Iggy Azalea has reportedly taken legal action against a company, which wants to buy her alleged X-rated video.

An alleged sex tape featuring Azalea, 24, has surfaced and though the singer has denied its existence, a Houston-based rapper, Hefe Wine, who apparently features in the video said it was authentic, reported TMZ online.

The ‘Fancy’ hitmaker’s lawyers have now reportedly sent a letter to Vivid entertainment, who wants to buy the alleged tape, stating that the name Iggy is protected by US Trademark and it can only be used by the star.

So she says it isn't her cause she never made a tape. Then she says if it is her she'll sue cause it's child (((umm she's 24))) so how exactly would she know the tape is over 6 years old if she never made one. Now she says she'll sue if they use Iggy cause she is the only person in the world that can use that name, LOL.
