Choreographer-filmmaker Farah Khan has directed a music video for British group The Vamps. Farah, 51, took to Twitter to share the news. “Directing the music video for guess which boy band?? The answer lies on the wall behind me. Correct replies will get a prize,” she tweeted. Farah shared a picture of hers along with band members Bradley Simpson, James McVey, Connor Ball and Tristan Evans on her Instagram account.
“Directing the music video 4 the cutest #boyband THE VAMPS!! #nakhra,” she wrote in the caption. The band’s breakthrough came with their debut single “Can We Dance”, which received over one million views within two weeks of its release. The group had earlier collaborated with music composers Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani on song Beliya.
Farah Khan has earlier choreographed a special song for Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film Rock On 2. Recently, Farhan and producer Ritesh Sidhwani requested Farah to choreograph a highlight song in the film, that acts as a bridge to the previous Rock On, a press release issued here said. The song, titled You Know What I Mean, was shot at Madh Island here and is a flashback wedding number.

Farah had earlier done choreography for some of Farhan’s films, including 2001 hit Dil Chahta Hai, but this is the first time she has helmed steps in a track that features the Bhaag Milkha Bhaag actor.
