Reality TV star Kris Jenner has been involved in a car accident near her home and she says she is “shook up” from the incident. The Kardashian-Jenner family matriarch’s week-old white Rolls Royce collided with a Prius as she attempted to turn onto a freeway near her home in Calabasas, California, and the damage was so bad both vehicles had to be towed from the scene of the crash.
Sources from the Law Enforcement told TMZ, Kris’ white Rolls-Royce collided with a Prius — the force of the impact deployed her airbag and absolutely destroyed the front end. According to them, Kris Jenner was driving on a surface street when the Prius cut in front of her tried to get onto the 101 and caused thereby the collision took place.
The report further mentioned that Kris Jenner was being treated on scene by paramedics, who did not want to remove her from the car for fear of exacerbating her injury.
Kris is said to have broken her wrist in the accident, as her daughters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian, as well as son-in-law Kanye West and her boyfriend Corey Gamble, rushed out into the street to the scene of the accident to offer support and check whether she was okay.
The other driver is reported to have suffered similar injuries, and was treated at the scene by paramedics and didn’t have to be taken to hospital.
Kris, 60, says her hand “hurts” following the collision but is otherwise doing OK, reported E! online. Kylie took to Twitter to write about the accident.
“I was not involved in the accident. Everything’s okay. I rushed to the scene to be by her side because she was alone,” she tweeted.
