Leonardo DiCaprio failed to take home the Oscar for Best Actor at the 86th Academy Awards.

Leonardo DiCaprio was nominated for his portrayal of Jordan Belfort in the film ‘Wolf of Wall Street’. However, the actor lost out to ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ actor, Matthew McConaughey.

Fans expressed their disappointment that the actor, who has been nominated three times before, was overlooked for his outstanding performance once more.
Sam Craske @Sam_Craske: I can’t believe that Leonardo DiCaprio didn’t win an Oscar!

Savannah Brandt @SavannahBrandt: leonardo dicaprio didn’t lose an oscar, an oscar lost leonardo dicaprio

Aragorn @ActualAragorn: Leonardo DiCaprio. Most underrated actor of all time. He deserves a damn Oscar! #RT if you agree!

Andrew Marlan @AndrewMarlan: Leonardo DiCaprio doesn’t need an Oscar to prove he’s a talented actor. But it would’ve been nice.

ava @sunshineshire: leonardo dicaprio could be the only one nominated for an oscar and still not win an oscar

Mai Akirasart @Akirasart: oh god again! I can’t believe Leonardo Dicaprio didn’t get an Oscar. it made me upset.! #LeonardoDiCaprio

Zara @HobbiesBabe: I swear there’s like some conspiracy against Leonardo DiCaprio so he doesn’t win an Oscar #bullshit

Leonardo was first nominated for an Oscar in 1994 for ‘What’s Eating Gilbert Grape’ and then in 2005 for ‘The Aviator’. The actor was then nominated once more in 2007 for ‘Blood Diamond’.

Maybe next year will be Leo’s year!
