“Gone Girl” star Ben Affleck has revealed DC movies are more mythic and not as funny as Marvel movies. The 42-year-old actor said the difference between DC and Marvel is in the level of realism and tone, reported Ace Showbiz.

“It (DC) is more mythic, it is more grand in that way, and it is a little more realistic. Just by their nature, these films can’t be as funny or as quick or as glib as Marvel movies,” the actor said.

In Zack Snyder’s highly-anticipated DC superhero movie “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”, Superman (Henry Cavill) and Batman (Affleck) will be pitted against each other. The film will also feature other DC superheroes such as Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) and Aquaman (Jason Momoa). The movie is expected to hit theatres on March 25, 2016 release.
