Daniel Radcliffe may be a strapping young man of 26 now, but 15 years ago, the lad created a frenzy, all thanks to his role as ‘the boy who lived – Harry Potter’.
A video of Daniel’s audition for the film has been doing the rounds. It features Daniel reading lines about dragon eggs with Hagrid’s character. He is also seen reciting some emotional lines about the death if his mother and Sirius Black.
While Daniel seemed totally at ease in front of the camera, he lets out a giggle or two and tries on the iconic ‘Harry Potter’ glasses.

Another video of a screen-test featuring Emma Watson (Hermione) and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley) along with Daniel Radcliffe has also been released. It features the trio having a serious conversation about Nicholas Flamel and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Though fans have been thrilled with Daniel’s audition videos, apparently the actor was not too impressed.
