Enrique Iglesias to perform in Madrid after 12 years

Spanish pop star Enrique Iglesias is set to return to his native Madrid to perform his first concert there after 12 years.

The ‘Hero’ hitmaker will stage a homecoming show in the Spanish capital on May 4 as part of his current Euphoria world tour,Daily Star reported.

“Finally a show in Madrid on May 4 has been confirmed! I’m happy to return in concert to Spain after so many years!,” the 36-year-old singer wrote on his website.

Iglesias’ last full gig in the city took place in 2000,when he was promoting his album ‘Enrique’.
