Arjun Kapoor has always reminded one of the rough and rugged Anil Kapoor in his early days and yes he delivers the same in ‘Tevar’. The first trailer of the much-awaited movie,  also featuring Sonakshi Sinha and Manoj Bajpayee, is out and must admit it – it is one killer of a trailer and the trio looks terrific.

The trailer begins with Manoj Bajpayee, the antagonist – ‘Mathurey Ka Gunda’ – looking for his bride this shows you a glimpse of what lies ahead. It’s good to see the ‘bad’ Manoj Bajpayee, who has been know for his performances in films like ‘Satya’, ‘Aarakshan’ or even ‘Satyagraha’. Manoj, who plays a typical gunda, impresses us with his presence in this two and half minute trailer.

Arjun Kapoor, ‘Agra ka Launda’, makes a power-packed entry a la Superman style – ‘Main Superman Salman Ka Fan’. Arjun, who plays a kabaddi player, will be seen doing som heavy-duty action sequences in the movie.

Arjun’s one liner ‘Kabbadi Kabbadi Kabbadi, kiski modun gurdun, kiskii todun haddi?’ is surely going to be a hit with his fans. His look in the film will remind one of ‘Ishaqzaade’, which marked his Bollywood debut.

Sonakshi Sinha as Radhika looks sweet and shows a lot of ‘Tevar’.

Tevar, which is the remake of Telugu super hit  ‘Okkadu’, is directed by debutant Amit Sharma. The movie has been produced by Arjun Kapoor’s dad Boney Kapoor and uncle Sanjay Kapoor. It is set to hit theatres in January 2015.
